Return policy


Our return policy is flexible and customer-friendly, and we try to accommodate our patrons as much as possible. We welcome replacements under the following conditions:

  • A wrong product has been dispatched.
  • If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

To return the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available.

You can reach us at memoriesinsite@gmail.com to initiate a replacement. The customer is requested to share clear pictures of the product showing the issue.

Please note the following:

  • We require the original packaging, including foam and cushioning inside, for the safe return of the product—this applies even if the product is broken, damaged, or defective.
  • We do not process refunds. We only offer replacements with the same or any other product of the same or lower value, depending on the circumstances mentioned above.

Cancellation

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please write to us at memoriesinsite@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering or before the order is fulfilled from our warehouse, whichever is earlier, and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Process

Our return policy applies within 5 days from the date of placing the order and is only applicable for the following reasons: damaged product and manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at memoriesinsite@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Please send us 2 images (one showing the damaged part and one of the entire product) for us to assess the reason for the return. You can send the images to memoriesinsite@gmail.com, and our Quality Assurance team will review the details for eligibility of the return.

Once we receive your return request with pictures, we will respond within 2-3 days. After your return request is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup. This usually takes 2-3 working days to organize, and it will take 4-6 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the replacement process will be initiated.

Points to Remember

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  • You will be asked to print 2 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative at the time of pickup.
